Finish quality is the product signal
A slightly rough laminate or a misregistered foil reads as a cheap product, however good the formulation is. Beauty briefs almost always justify soft-touch lamination and a foil or emboss on at least the primary carton.

Small, fragile primary containers
Glass droppers, pumps and compacts break in transit without support. A moulded or foam insert is not an upgrade in this category, it is a damage-rate control.

Fast SKU turnover
Shade extensions and seasonal drops mean short runs and frequent artwork changes. A 500-unit minimum makes limited editions uneconomic, which is the main reason beauty brands come to us.
