Mailer boxes are the default choice for direct-to-consumer brands because they do two jobs at once: they survive the carrier network, and they carry your brand the moment the customer opens the door. The tuck-end design locks without tape, which means your warehouse team can pack an order in seconds and the customer can open it without a knife.
We print on E-flute and B-flute corrugated. E-flute is thinner and takes fine detail well, so it is the right pick for beauty, jewellery and anything where print quality is the point. B-flute is thicker with more crush resistance, which suits heavier products, glass, or anything travelling a long way. If you are unsure, we will spec it for you based on product weight and dimensions.
Interior printing is where mailer boxes earn their keep. A printed inside panel costs relatively little and completely changes the unboxing moment. It is the single highest-return upgrade we sell.

What is the minimum order for custom mailer boxes?
50 units. Most manufacturers will not quote below 500, which makes testing packaging expensive. We hold the minimum at 50 so you can run a real pilot before committing to volume.
How much do custom mailer boxes cost?
Mailer boxes start at $0.85 per unit. Price is driven by size, quantity and finish. A 250-unit run of a standard 10x8x4 in. mailer lands around $1.09 per unit, and per-unit cost drops sharply above 1,000 units.
Can you print on the inside of the box?
Yes. Interior printing is available on every mailer box and is the upgrade we recommend most often, because it is comparatively cheap and it is the surface the customer actually looks at.
What size mailer box do I need?
Measure your product at its widest point in all three dimensions and add roughly 0.25 in. of clearance per side, plus room for any void fill or tissue. Send us the product dimensions and we will spec the box for you at no cost.
