The Supplement Facts panel eats space
FDA formatting rules dictate the layout, type size and border of the Supplement Facts panel. It cannot be shrunk to fit. Structure has to be planned around it from the first dieline, not after the front panel is designed.

Powders need barrier, capsules need shelf presence
These are different packaging problems. Powders want a gusseted pouch with a moisture barrier and a resealable zip. Capsule bottles want a folding carton that presents on shelf and protects the label.

Batch and expiry coding
Every unit needs a legible lot and expiry code applied at fill. Leave an uncoated or matte-varnished area sized for your coder - inkjet will not adhere reliably to gloss lamination.
