Dieline & artwork
We build a dieline around your exact product and lay your artwork onto it, or preflight the artwork you already have.

- We preflight for resolution, colour mode, bleed and fold clearance

3D mockup approval
You see the finished box rendered in 3D before anything is printed. Nothing goes to press until you sign off.

- Unlimited revisions at this stage, with no design fee
- Optional physical structural sample when fit needs to be proven in hand

Production
Printing, die-cutting, finishing and assembly. Quality is checked at each stage rather than only at the end.

- In-line colour checks against the approved proof
- Final QC pass on dimensions, registration and structural integrity

Palletised or parcel freight to your warehouse or 3PL, with tracking from the moment it leaves the floor.

What we need from you
Three things move this fastest
Product dimensions and weight
Measured at the widest point in all three axes, plus the filled weight. This is what lets us spec board grade and flute correctly instead of guessing upward.
Artwork, or a logo and a direction
Print-ready vector files are ideal. If you only have a logo, our design team will build the layout at no cost. Either way, we preflight before anything is proofed.
A decision-maker on the mockup
The 3D approval step is where the whole timeline waits. Orders that stall almost always stall here, so make sure whoever signs off is available in that window.
